These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Motorcurve (the "Service"), operated by Logiquark Ltd (company number 16613164) of 1 Swan Street, Wilmslow, England, SK9 1HF ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Motorcurve provides indicative used vehicle valuation estimates and vehicle information for research purposes. Valuations are generated from available market evidence, cached valuation data where available, third-party vehicle data, and modelled outputs.

2. No guarantee or advice

Valuations are estimates only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability for any particular purpose, and they are not guaranteed sale prices, offers, financial advice, investment advice, or professional advice.

You should not rely solely on Motorcurve when buying, selling, financing, or valuing a vehicle. Actual vehicle values can vary materially based on condition, mileage, specification, optional extras, modifications, service history, MOT status, accident or damage history, provenance, location, demand, seller type, presentation, and negotiation.

3. No buying, selling, or inspection service

Motorcurve does not buy, sell, broker, advertise, inspect, certify, or guarantee vehicles. We do not verify a specific vehicle's physical condition, legal status, history, finance position, or ownership. Any decision to buy, sell, or rely on a vehicle valuation is your responsibility.

4. Your inputs

Valuation outputs depend on the vehicle, mileage, condition, year, and other assumptions selected through the Service. You are responsible for choosing inputs that accurately reflect the vehicle you are researching. Incorrect or incomplete inputs can produce inaccurate estimates.

5. Cached, limited, and unavailable valuations

Some valuations may be based on cached or previously generated estimates. Market evidence may be limited, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, and valuation requests may fail or return lower-confidence results. We may rate-limit, block, suspend, or restrict live valuation requests to protect the Service and control excessive or automated usage.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer restricted parts, access data unlawfully, or use automated methods to generate excessive requests. We may suspend or block access to protect the Service and our users.

Unless we agree in writing, you must not scrape, bulk extract, resell, republish, benchmark, or use Motorcurve content or outputs to build, train, or improve a competing service, valuation model, dataset, or commercial data product.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Service at any time, including valuation logic, features, and content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, any particular uptime level, or that the Service will always be error-free or available at a given time.

8. Third-party services and links

The Service relies on third-party data and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies, and third-party terms may also apply.

9. Intellectual property

Motorcurve, our branding, and site content are owned by or licensed to Logiquark Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service without permission, except where allowed by law.

Motorcurve is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle make names, model names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and reference purposes only.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on valuation estimates, unavailable service, third-party data, or errors in vehicle information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the Service, unless applicable law says otherwise.
